I'm sure you've seen posts from "Beachbody" Coaches on Facebook or Instagram, promoting programs like the "21 Day Fix," "T-25," P90X," "Shakeology," and more. You've probably seen a number of friends regularly post half-naked pictures of themselves, countless before/after photos, and instagrams of healthy homemade meals, I know I have. Personally, I had never seriously considered joining them, however two things recently happened that changed my mind.
I'll be honest, although I hadn't seriously considered becoming a coach before, I did kick around the idea. I’ve been hesitant though because I didn’t want to become part of a multi-channel marketing organization concerned only with selling products. I thought I could simply do more on my own through personal training (I'm ACE Certified), run coaching, and Spinning classes. After listening to Darin's interview. I realized that Beachbody is more than just a marketing company. Their corporate mission of helping "people achieve their goals and enjoy healthy, fulfilling lives" is at the heart of everything they do. This aligns perfectly with my passion as a trainer and a coach!
As a dad, husband, and (extremely) amateur tri-athlete with a full-time job, it's been harder and harder to work with new clients. By partnering with Beachbody, I can use the company's proven programs to help more clients than ever before. If you're a current coaching or personal training client, and would like to learn more about incorporating a Beachbody program into your routine, let me know! If you would just like to get some more info on their programs, or join a Facebook challenge group (starting in December), let me know! My number one goal will always be to provide awesome advice and coaching to my friends & clients, regardless of whether they're using a Beachbody program or not. The cult of Beachbody is the cult of fitness! So, even if you're not planning on using a Beachbody program, I'd love to have you join a challenge group. Just let me know you'd like to sign up, and you'll have an online community to lean on!
