Get Healthy for the Holidays!

This is a tough time of year to be healthy. You know how it all starts. First is the, deep fried turkey. That's followed by stuffing, potatoes, pumpkin pies, and more. Next week it's leftovers! Pie for breakfast, carb-loaded sandwiches for lunch, and gravy smothered stuffing for dinner.

Once the leftovers are gone, the holiday party season starts. Every weekend fills up with cookies, eggnog, cakes, pies, wassails, and more. On top of that, it's dark in the morning and after work. Who wants to go out and workout in the dark?
