Pittsburgh Runner isn't just for runners! We offer one-on-one sessions for:
  • Running Form (using the ChiRunning method)
  • Personal Training
  • Fitness Testing
  • Cycling
  • Pacing
  • Health Coaching and More

Individual coaching session fee:
  • 1 Session $150
  • Group Workshops (see ChiRunning.com for a list of all workshops, including Ken's)
Typical sessions are 45-60 minutes; workshops range from 3.5-6 hours
