You'll meet with a coach once every 4-6 weeks to review your next block of training. This is a great option for self-sufficient, self-coached athletes looking for an extra boost.

A great next step for athletes starting to get serious! Your training plan will be updated by TriDot's artificial intelligence engine on a near daily basis! That means each new day's workout is based on what you've accomplished in your last several workouts.

You'll meet with your coach once every month to review your progress and align your goals.

Your training plan will be updated on a daily basis through a combination of artificial intelligence and knowledge of your expert coach.
​
You'll meet with your coach every two weeks to discuss the current training cycle and make adjustments where needed. 

In addition, your coach will help you prepare a full race execution plan with power and pace targets, fueling strategy, and more.
You'll receive weekly check in calls, and daily text communications from your coach (through your training platform, or phone).

You'll dive deep into metrics with your coach via WKO5 software for advanced power, pace, and heart rate training. This allows us to fully customize your plan every step of the way!
