Why Join a Challenge Group with Ken?

If you're on Facebook, you no doubt have a friend who is a Beachbody coach. They're the ones posting pictures of themselves working out and, asking you to join their groups and drink their shakes.

You might even have a few of these friends on Facebook, but hat you probably don't have, is a friends who is BOTH a Beachbody Coach, Certified Personal Trainer, and Fitness Instructor.

That's where I step in! If you've thought about working out with a Beachbody program, or even Personal Trainer at the gym, I can help you out. By joining my August Challenge group, you'll receive one-on-one attention, and the guidance you need, to take one of Beachbody's already excellent programs and customize it to meet your specific goals. We will review what's working, what's not working, how you should make adjustments to your plan, and more. It's like paying for a Personal Trainer at the gym, but for a fraction of the cost!

Why Join a Challenge Group at All?
Challenge groups are a great way to plug into a community of like minded people, with similar goals, while all working through a program. Challenge groups will help you stay motivated, while motivating others! They provide a resources such as recipes, workout tips, motivation, etc.

What Type of Challenge Group Are You Doing in August?

I'll be running a challenge group for busy people, with limited time to workout or meal plan.
For those reasons, I recommend one of the following programs for participants
  • 22 Minute Hard Corps
  • Insanity Max :30
  • 21 Day Fix/21 Day Fix Extreme

Participating

Participants need to do a few things:
  • Email ken@pittsburghrunner.com to get added to the group & discuss what program is best for your goals
  • Purchase one of the programs above through this link, or let me know that you already own one of these programs
  • Commit to working out and eating right 5-6 days per weeks & checking in with me, your Certified Personal Trainer
  • For those purchasing a program, or Shakeology
    • You'll work with me online, one-on-one, once a week to set up fitness & nutritional goals each week
    • Post as much or as little as you're comfortable posting in the online group
    • Ask questions and drive discussions within the group
  • For those who already have a program
    • Hop on in the group! Post as much or as little as you're comfortable posting
    • Ask questions and drive discussions within in the group
    • Consider adding Shakeology to your program and taking advantage of weekly one-on-one sessions with your Trainer!

What's the Catch?

That's it! No catch! If you purchase a program through me, great! If not...no worries! I'm in this to help you!

The Beachbody programs are a tool I've chosen to use for my clients. I've chosen them because they're the same tools I use for building my own fitness. Couple these programs with the guidance I'll provide as a Certified Personal Trainer, and you'll get to any goal you set!
