Get Healthy for the Holidays!

Join our Free 3-Week Challenge Group from November 27 - December 17
This is a tough time of year to be healthy. You know how it all starts. First is the, deep fried turkey. That's followed by stuffing, potatoes, pumpkin pies, and more. Next week it's leftovers! Pie for breakfast, carb-loaded sandwiches for lunch, and gravy smothered stuffing for dinner.

Once the leftovers are gone, the holiday party season starts. Every weekend fills up with cookies, eggnog, cakes, pies, wassails, and more. On top of that, it's dark in the morning and after work. Who wants to go out and workout in the dark?

Sure, it's easy to say "screw it all...I'll focus on health starting January 1," but let's be honest. You've got another big meal planned for New Years Day, and Orthodox Christmas is only a few days after that. Face it, there's always going to be a reason to have one last cheat meal!
That's why I'm kicking off a short, three week healthy holiday challenge group. 

I'll provide you with strategies for staying active and healthy between Thanksgiving and Christmas. You'll get weekly goals, workouts, recipes, and tips to navigate parties.

​And no matter what level of fitness you are currently at, I'll help you customize a program that works for you. Whether you're:
  • Not currently active, but looking to start a new program
  • Looking to stay active and prevent holiday weight gain
  • Trying to hit things hard and loose 5-8 lbs before Christmas
