The   Three   Week   ShutDown   Challenge


The gyms in PA have shut down until 2021! Don't let this put a damper on your training plans. We have a three week accountability group that we've put togeather to help you stay focused on rounding out your fitness goals, and hitting 2021 stronger than ever.

Here's how it works.
  1. Join our online community (use the button below)
  2. Each week, score yourself in these categories (we'll give you details):

    5. Relaxation/Stress Reduction
  3. Report your scores each week, and use the group to keep yourself accountable

FAQ


Q: Can I do my own workouts, or are you giving them to me?
A: This challenge is more about accountability than everyone following a workout. If you're one of our coached athletes, you'll certainly have workouts to follow. If you're not, we can help you set a goal to exercise a certain number of hours in the week, run a certain number of days, etc. If you're working with another coach, or on your own program, that'll work too! You could also grab a free 30 day trial of the Peloton App here (they have boot camps, yoga, running, cycling, and more), or a free two weeks of Beachbody On Demand (they also have a ton of great plans you could follow).

Q: I'm don't have any type of nutrition plan I'm following, can you help me out!
A: Sure, we can set you up with a basic plan (for free) to get you moving in the right direction, just let us know when you log on to the community.

Q: Is this "online community" just a Facebook group?
A: Nope, in fact, we want to be as far away from Facebook as possible. The Apeiron Athletics online community is completely independent of any social network and managed through the Mighty Networks app (or through your web browser).

Q: What else is going on with "Apeiron Athletics" and the online community?
A: The online community we're creating now, is going to be the hub for all things training, for the athletes we're working with. In this space we'll be brining togeather top coaches, physiologists, PT's, thought leaders, and others to help you be the best athlete you can be in 2021!
