A Note From Ken...
Recently, I've had a number of friends, family, and neighbors ask me about personal training for 2019.
While I'd love to work with everyone individually, the fact is I'm already loaded up with personal training clients, triathletes, and marathoners. But, that doesn't mean our options are totally off the table.
Starting in mid-January, Beachbody is launching a new program by Shaun T called Transform :20. I've done a few sample workouts and its solid!
Since I've had so many folks ask about one-on-one training, Kelly & I have decided to take advantage of this program to host a challenge group! You'll get to work with me in a one-one-one group fitness setting 2-3 times per week, plus have another 4-5 workouts that you can do on your own, when we're not meeting in person.
Plus, this is the only workout you'll need for the next six weeks. Put your gym membership on hold (save some cash and miss the resolution crowd).

Q: Whats Q: When does the program start?
A: The program launches on Beachbody onDemand January 14th. We'll schedule our first group workout shortly after.
Q: What days of the week are you planning group workouts?
A: We'll do what works best for everyone, but group workouts will typically be on Wednesday nights and Saturday mornings.
Q: Does the program include nutritional guidance?
A: Yes! You'll get a plan with the program, but the program is set up to be compatible with any number of diets out there. Ken is also a certified health coach and personal trainer with the knowledge to help steer you in healthy directions.
Q: Do I need to take supplements or buy Shakeology?
A: No! While I personally use Shakeology to support all my endurance training, I don't believe it's necessary for the completion of a successful program. That said, you will have the option to get it (or supplements from the performance line) for close to free through a "Challenge Pack."
Q: What's the your cost for personal training, what do I need to pay?
A: There are no costs outside the purchase of your Beachbody program.
Q: What's the cost of the program from Beachbody?
A: There are a ton of different packages to choose from, but most participants will find the best value to be a Challenge Pack between $160 and $214. This includes a one year subscription to Beachbody onDemand (giving you access to every program they offer), early access to Transform 20 for our program, free supplements, and the step used by the program.
